I need a really cheap hotel in central London just for one night! for 4 adults sharing please help? Thanks guys x

Look for a room in a hostel if you need it to be really hceap, you have internet access so research it through google, it's quicker and easier than asking questions here.

Bluedaws Hotel Sussex Gardens, £35 per room and they had bunk beds for groups for less when I was last there. 5 Min from Paddington.

You might be better with a Travel Lodge. Very boring, but very cheap. It's a nationwide chain, they tend to be near motorways (useful if you are driving) and very standard. Otherwise you might be better googling a B &B - also very cheap.

The best thing I have found is to use priceline.com and a bidding strategy to maximize your bids. You can identify the hotel star rating you are going for in Central London and then identify all zones in London area that only have star ratings below that hotel rating. Then you can bid multiple tmes at increments of 5 to 10 pounds to get the cheapest rate. I have used this strategy multiple times to get 4 star hotels at sometimes 50% off the original price. Stayed at the County Hotel in Euston recently (couple minutes walk from station) - was clean, cheap and the food was good. Is extremely basic though, very dated downstairs in the foyer and the windows let in some of the cold. But was good for a place just to set your head if budget is the issue and you aren't too fussed. There is also Generator which is a bit hostelly and there's one just off Piccadilly (Regent Park Hotel?) which not sure of name but which was comfortable. Best places to look are lastbeds.com or Superbreak...

The Wellington Hotel at 71 Vincent Square, SW1P 2PA is very cheap, if you'd rather avoid a hostel and stay in a hotel instead. It's a one star place but it gets good reviews on Tripadvisor and it's centrally located near Victoria Station, which gives good access over London and to train stations/ airports etc.
